Our story

Two words, folded into one.

The name is not invented. It is the word half of India already uses, and a creature that only builds by building together.

भिशी · bhishi

In Maharashtra, a bhishi is the savings circle your mother, your aunt and your neighbour already run. We did not coin a word. We took the one that was there.

the bee

A single bee builds nothing. A hive is the only thing it can make, and only together. That is the whole argument of a savings circle in one animal.

A metaphor, not a programme. We are not running an environmental initiative.

The Beeshi logomark — a bee inside a lotus, cradled by two hands

The bee

Builds only together.

The lotus

What grows from still water.

The hands

Giving and receiving, the same gesture.

Trust in Giving and Receiving.

The decision under everything

We decided not to touch the money.

Beeshi records what your circle does. It does not hold, move, or take a cut of your money. That is not a policy we wrote down afterwards — it is built into how the app stores a group, and it is the reason we can be a record-keeper rather than a bank.

Join the circle you already have.
